Today at work
Last night Amelia kept us awake from 141-230
She kept crying and crying
We were really upset and exhausted
Than we worked 12 hrs
My meals were prepared but I didn't eat the Third meal
Next time I'm having a shake
It's easier and faster to do at work
Afterward I got home
Did the beginner body rock beginner work out before shower
It consisted of 4 sets of 25 kettle swings
I used an 8 pound db
The slow crunches on ball 15
Than bicycle crunches
Nice and slow concentrated 15
I will do these till i can do 100 in good form
I decided to sign up for thanksgiving half
I'm not working
2 months to train I found a program online
Will post later
I've decided to make turkey breast with Lipton onion seasoning also found in blog
4 oz a meal
My body likes sweet potatoes
I also told my sis about this
I wanna be on the oxygen mag in the front or the back
May start a blog called skinny sisters
Ummmm
Ok my tris but quads lil sore
Need sleep tonight
I didn't eat the cookies
I have 4 days till weigh in
My GOAL is to lose 3 pounds by than
179.2 to 176
I'm gonna win this

I have the most experience
I know what to do
Im gonna kill each workout

Gosh what happened to me
Day 1
Joined biggest loser contest yesterday
40 bucks
Ends dec 25
Weight 179.2
How did I let myself get this way
Pictures tell the truth we don't want to believe
I will take one every day in the am
I have to have progress
This is unacceptable
This is not how I want to live my life

I wanna wear cloths I love
I hit Rock bottom
I will rise
My mom will be back in 3 weeks
I plan to be 10-15 pounds down

Tuesday 5k with hubby
Man the weather was on point when we started. My mom watched Amelia so we can ran. We chatted and caught up when we started. Slow and steady. I realized wow this is a great way to reconnect with my husband after a long day at work. Plus I feel more productive after this physical activity. I did feel slow while running. I kinda picked it up towards the end but didnt wanna break the cycle. We were both drenched in sweat. Love it

Saturday Sharts
Man I barely slept good last night. So when Amelia wakes me up at 7:57 am I can barely open my eyes. Than I remember being so adamant about running this morning after Amelia wakes up instead of going after she eats breakfast which would take a little while. I took my Roxylean got me and the toddler ready and chugged 500 ml of warm Walmart bottled water.
Than we were off!
Boy it was a little hot! The park had soccer games going. So 4G was slooooow. So I ran with no music. I just used the Nike App and sensor. Man I noticed my breathing so I worked on having a rhythm on breathing. Than I could feel my posture hunching so I would do body checks meaning form checks. But the last km had to walk. I had passed gas and not sure if I had sharted. Awful and I'm
In my period! Yea feel fresh clean and soo sweaty. I did enjoy the
Sweat. I will eat clean tomorrow

Got it done yesterday
We went to the park to run at 543 pm
It was only hot when we stopped and that was quite frequently, oh well I was sweating like crazy and I felt good in the end.. Love it.. 8 seconds faster than last time
