Today at work

Last night Amelia kept us awake from 141-230
She kept crying and crying
We were really upset and exhausted
Than we worked 12 hrs
My meals were prepared but I didn't eat the Third meal
Next time I'm having a shake
It's easier and faster to do at work
Afterward I got home
Did the beginner body rock beginner work out before shower
It consisted of 4 sets of 25 kettle swings
I used an 8 pound db
The slow crunches on ball 15
Than bicycle crunches
Nice and slow concentrated 15
I will do these till i can do 100 in good form
I decided to sign up for thanksgiving half
I'm not working
2 months to train I found a program online

I've decided to make turkey breast with Lipton onion seasoning also found in blog
4 oz a meal
My body likes sweet potatoes
I also told my sis about this
I wanna be on the oxygen mag in the front or the back

Need sleep tonight
I didn't eat the cookies
I have 4 days till weigh in
My GOAL is to lose 3 pounds by than
179.2 to 176
I'm gonna win this
