Day off

Last night after a long 12 hr shift and dealing with drama with my pt I headed to the gym. I did 20 min cardio run my 10 was at 5.5
Now only if I start out at 5.5 and my 10 at 7! I'd be a happy camper
I saw an old friend working out looking all buff
I was highly embarassed for him to see me cause he's seen me at the best shape in my life a few years ago
When I was a gym rat
Wore a hat and had a cd player belt and squated 210 and dead lift 150
Ugh why can't I be there already

So today my mom watched the baby and I headed to the gym at 3
I love working out around that time
Empty or with people who are serious about working out next to the 5-7 am people
I squated on the smith
Machine my last 6
Ended with 60lbs
I hate that my gut hangs down when I'm squat so gross
Can't wait till its gone
Than leg extensions
End at 75
Now ham suck
I couldn't get the ham curl machine custom to fit me
So I dead the seated reverse ham curl
My heels barely touched the pad
But I tried to get a goo burn
And ended with 12 deep lunges
Mmmmm felt good
Than standing calve raises
Ended at 80 lbs I believe
Than seated calf raises at 125lb
I miss my calves the roundness of them esp on heels
Did ab curls an side curls than reverse curls

Next time I'm gonna pair shoulders with legs
I'm getting use to wo in the gym

Tomorrow is cardio
And my goal is
To sweat sweat
So
I'll start at 5 and end at 6

Joy remember this!!!

Upper body after work

So my 12 hrs at work wasn't so bad
Almost finished my gallon of water
Ate my meals except kashi and soy
Just felt gassy and bloated
My pants felt right around my belly and
Thighs
I hate that cause it just fckes with my mind that what I started isn't working
I have to trust the process and remember true results that last aren over night
This is it for me
A life time habit
So I did 5 min treadmill
Looking at the machines
I decided on mostly machine
Work to get my muscles use to it an practice percent form
I'd rather look chubby with good form lol
Did chest press machine
I didn't like it felt like I didn't get a good stretch on ended with 70 lbs
Than pec deck I couldve gone heavier
Than shoulder press
The machine felt awkward
Think I'll do db next time
I did 5lb plate lat side raises
I can't wait for my shoulder to pop in tanks
Than db bi curls 15lb
Than preacher curl my fav!!! The bar
Machine tricep press
Felt more in my chest
Tricep push downs will do next
That seated row
Than home
Just glad I went
Thankful
Tomorrow last day of work afterwards cardio
My goal is 5.5 at a 10
I wanna and need to sweat my ass off!!!

Ouch

Hams and quads and glutes. And abs are sore...can't believe I use to be sore every day in one part of my body... Yet I'm loving it cause I know I did something right.. Day 2 of 3
