accomplished...

that's how I feel right now...like a good accomplished...
I ran my 3 miles around 1pm and it was ...
perfect
crazy that I would feel that way...
normally there's something...
like not enough sleep
didn't drink enough water like last time

but today
the weather was cloudy...the temperature was nice and cool not windy
i was hydrated
i had coffee and breakfast 3 hours prior
i took a dump
lol
I dunno I needed this

past two weeks i've probably ran like 4 times total
i was just so blah last week
i don't know why
so now its back to the grind

the Gate River Run is less than 2 weeks and I have to pack in as much mileage as I can
I want my stamina to be fine tuned...
my goal is to finish by 1 hour 50 mins LOL
hey i know but it's 9. something miles and after running last week by myself in the heat

First time I was allowed to go to the movies without the parents.
I remember they dropped me off and I met up with all my friends and we watched it.
I loved the movie.
I think I saw it like 2 or 3 times in the theatre.
I even had the cassette tape and read the words to the song that was in the cover...

Tv is my babysitter

In the morning there's usually a pile of dishes for me to do.. I can't stand it..I can't do anything else till its done.. It annoys me .. So Sesame Street or Yo Gabba Gabba or Fresh Beat Band OR Finding Nemo is played so I can do this hassle of a chore.. I really should make a point of getting it done at night.. We will see how it goes

so my best friend moved away..

I do miss traveling...
Its been so long that I've seen a new place...
learn new things, exploring..
my heart longs for that..
yet I'm willing to sacrifice that for now to be with Amelia..
She's the best thing that's ever happened to me and I'm sure my hubby...
I never understood it when people would say that...
"My kids are the best thing to ever happen to me"
Life does change you once the baby is born...
I think I'm still in this phase because for so long life was coasting and nothing life changing has happened since I guess my parents divorced when I was 19...
I guess I always thought my best friend would be by my side raising Amelia...
but she's not...
It sucks...
I wish she could experience what I'm going through...
being a new mom and stuff...
