I saw a recipe on eatcleandiet.com called scrambled tofu.
So simple.
So I googled how to pan fry tofu and found this website.

Followed the simple suggestions such as patting the tofu with a paper towel to get the extra water out.
It made my tofu slices deep golden crusty on the outside silky on the inside.
I sauteed two handfuls of spinach with olive oil and minced garlic.
Placed it on the bottom of a bowl
Layered it with 3 slices of tofu
and lil bit of white rice on top
